How do I adjust my pillow?
1. Open the zipper on the outer organic cover.
2. Open the zipper on internal cover.
3. Add or remove the MemHex™ internal technology to your desired level.
4. Close both zippers and fluff pillow to evenly distribute internal Technology.
How should I wash my pillow?
To Wash: Please be sure to wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach.
To Dry: Tumble dry low at lowest heat. Do not use unless dry.
Do not wash the internal technology. The 8 Hours has 2 covers to keep the internal technology from contact with any fluids.
If the inner cover comes in contact with any fluids please refer to washing guid of outer cover and seperate internal technology and do not wash.
How do I exercise my warranty?
Easy peasy. We provide a limited 5 year warranty on our pillows because we believe in them so much. Please provide us with your order number first so we can track down when you bought it and send an email to Sleeping@the8hours.com.
Warranties only apply to products that are purchased directly from 8Hours™ or its authorized sellers in which you should contact your authorised stockist.
The 8 Hours™ warranty covers material damage to the pillow incurred under normal use or manufacturer defect. 8 Hours™ will not be liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product. 8 Hours™ is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of its products. The 8 Hours™ warranty does not apply in cases of misuse or mishandling. Improper installation or failure to follow washing instructions will void the warranty.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Shipping is a flat fee of $5 for all U.S. orders on our website.
It typically takes 1 business day to process your order and another 2-5 business days to arrive to you*
Our cut offs are 1 p.m. PST and all orders after will be processed the following business day.
*Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).
What is your returns policy?
We have a 88 day return policy for the 8 Hours pillow. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us at our email address email@example.com
We'll send you a pre-paid return label for a free, easy return. Once we receive the pillow, we'll issue you a full refund within 2 business days to the form of payment you made your purchase with.
What happens to the pillow? They are donated to charity.
